Come to Slack's as you are. A funky, casual fine dining experience meets a sexy night vibe at Slack's, where you can nosh on poutine with sweet potato, duck confit and Brie cheese in your best duds or comfiest pair of denim. There's something for everyone on Slack's menu of re-imagined, scaled-up pub fare. Chef Tyler Beach, who has worked with Canada's Food TV host Michael Smith, presents fresh, organic ingredients with aesthetics in mind, creating a menu perfectly balanced between comfort food and creative dining. Entrees such as the pork tenderloin and pistachio-crusted curry chicken are house specialties. Line-ups down the street are common between Thursday and Saturday nights when martinis abound and patrons dance the night away to urban house and top 40 hits. Including work by local artists that changes monthly, Slack's has fast become a staple for diners and weekend partygoers alike.
